Yes — within 5 business days of brief we deliver a one-page feasibility report covering maximum FSR, indicative buildable area, and the DA vs CDC pathway. That report is what you use to walk into auction with a number that holds.

How fast can a duplex go from DA to CC under your team?

DA timelines depend on council, but our in-house DA-to-CC pipeline removes the typical 4–8 week sub-consultant gap. Once approved, working drawings and engineering for CC are ready in 2–3 weeks because they've been designed in lockstep with the DA.

Do you handle Torrens or strata subdivision drawings?

Yes — both. Subdivision plans are drawn alongside the architectural design so council sees one consistent submission. We coordinate with your conveyancer and the LRS process directly.

Is your fee fixed for development scopes?

Yes. Once we've issued the fixed-fee quote off the feasibility report, the design + approval scope is locked. Variation only on a formal change of scope — your acquisition model stays intact.
