Why we built Nemco
Most architectural firms in Sydney design buildings and then hand you off — to an engineer, to a hydraulic consultant, to a certifier, to council. Four different invoices, four different timelines, four different people pointing at each other when something goes wrong.
Nemco was built to fix that. The idea was simple: put architects, structural engineers, drafters, hydraulics and certification specialists in the same office. One team. One fee. One number to call when you want to know where your project's at.
